The software is open ended thus allowing you to keep track of the simplest data and many "MEMO" type of fields are provided for logging purposes. For example in the Alumni Tracking screen you can track all of the details you used in locating a fellow class member. Over 38 standard fields are included in the alumni screens.

Every event or item can be accounted for using the software and you will know exactly who paid what or who still owes money to your reunion. You may add as many events or items to the standard event table as needed.

For any of the events you may elect to assign specific seating to specific tables. The software will allow you to make these assignments.

Expenses All reunion expenses can be tracked and accounted for. You will be able to know at any time how your reunion is finincailly situated.

Income The Other Income screen is used to keep track of donations or gifts that you may receive for your reunion.

A number of standard reports are provided to assist you in managing your contact data. All of the supplied reports can be modified to meet your own specific needs. From time to time we will make additional reports available on our web site that can be downloaded and loaded into the Reunion Trakker program. You can also design your own reports in any format you wish.
